BROUK -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Women's Issues AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to including repro- ductive health conditions that affect female fertility as part of the health care and wellness education and outreach program The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 207 of the public health law is 2 amended by adding a new paragraph (p) to read as follows: 3 (p) Reproductive health conditions that affect female fertility, 4 including but not limited to polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, 5 and pelvic inflammatory disease. 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [] is old law to be omitted. LBD07610-03-1
