Subdivision 3 of section 510 of the judiciary law, as 2 amended by chapter 86 of the laws of 1995, is amended to read as 3 follows: 4 3. [Not have been] If convicted of a felony, have completed all 5 sentencing requirements related to such conviction, including any 6 required term of imprisonment, probation, or community supervision. 7 For the purposes of this subdivision, "community supervision" shall 8 have the same meaning as such term is defined in subdivision thirty-one 9 of section two of the correction law. 10 § 2.
