          Committee on Education
 
        AN ACT to repeal subdivision 15 of section  353  of  the  executive  law
          relating to the duties of the state director of the division of veter-
          ans'  affairs; and to repeal clause (h) of subparagraph 3 of paragraph
          b of subdivision 1 of section 4402 of the education  law  relating  to
          reports on certain children of Vietnam veterans
 
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 15 of section  353  of  the  executive  law  is
     2  REPEALED.
     3    §  2.  Clause (h) of subparagraph 3 of paragraph b of subdivision 1 of
     4  section 4402 of the education law is REPEALED.
     5    § 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022, provided  that  if  this
     6  act  shall have become a law after such date, it shall be deemed to have
     7  been in full force and effect on and after July 1, 2022.
