          tee on Mental Health
 
        AN ACT to amend the mental hygiene law, in  relation  to  directing  the
          commissioner  of mental health to publish information on the office of
          mental health website about the mental illness anti-stigma distinctive
          license plates

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
 
     1    Section 1. Section 7.09 of the mental hygiene law is amended by adding
     2  a new subdivision (m) to read as follows:
     3    (m) The commissioner shall publish on the website of the office infor-
     4  mation  regarding  the  mental  illness  anti-stigma distinctive license
     5  plate established under section four hundred four-dd of the vehicle  and
     6  traffic  law.  Such  information shall include, but not be limited to, a
     7  link to the department of motor vehicle website where an individual  may
     8  order such license plate.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
