BROOKS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules AN ACT to amend the general business law, in relation to certain rental vehicle protections The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 10 of section 396-z of the general business law 2 is amended by adding a new paragraph (f) to read as follows: 3 (f) For all vehicles with a height of greater than six feet a rental 4 vehicle company shall furnish with each rental vehicle pursuant to an 5 agreement a list of all height restricted bridges in New York state. 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that 7 the amendments to section 396-z of the general business law made by 8 section one of this act shall not affect the expiration of such section 9 and shall be deemed to expire therewith.
