is the primary advocacy group for business in

Small Business Development Centers
(SBDC)
SBDCs are a national network of nearly 1,000
centers that are located at leading universities,
colleges, state economic development
agencies and private partners. They provide
counseling and training to new and existing
businesses. Each state has a lead center that
coordinates services specifically for that state.

Association of Women’s Business Centers
(AWBC)
WBCs are a national network of more than
100 centers that offer one-on-one counseling,
training, networking, workshops, technical
assistance and mentoring to entrepreneurs on
numerous business development topics. In
addition to women, WBCs are mandated to
serve the needs of underserved
entrepreneurs, including low-income
entrepreneurs. They often offer flexible hours
to meet the needs of their diverse clientele.

Minority Business Development Agency
(MBDA)
MBDCs are a good option for minority-owned

New York Small Business Development
Center (NYSBDC)
The New York State SBDC offers free
counseling to any New Yorker hoping to start
or grow a small business. The SBDC also
offers a host of programs designed for specific

SBA Express Bridge Loans Enables small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly.

  • Small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender
Details:
  • Provide vital economic support to small businesses to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing and can be a term loans or used to bridge the gap while applying for a direct SBA Economic Injury Disaster loan.

  • Will be repaid in full or in part by proceeds from the EIDL loan
