Assemblyman Braunstein Announces Queens Small Business Grant Program Webinar with Queens Chamber

Assemblyman Edward C. Braunstein (D-Bayside), in collaboration with the Queens Chamber of Commerce and Empire State Development, will host a webinar for Queens micro and small businesses who want to find out more or have questions about New York State’s COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program. The webinar will take place on September 22 from 1-2 p.m. via Zoom.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has presented Queens small businesses, the heart of our local economy, with unprecedented challenges throughout the last year and a half,” said Assemblyman Edward Braunstein. “The NYS COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program offers relief to those establishments who need it most, and I thank the Queens Chamber of Commerce for partnering on this important event.

The $800 million COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program is a part of the $1B Business Relief package passed within the New York State FY 2021-22 Budget. To access the application, businesses should visit www.nysmallbusinessrecovery.com.
