Today, Assembly Minority Leader Ed Ra (R-Franklin Square) proudly introduced Father Louis Cona on the Assembly Floor. Father Cona’s opened today’s legislative proceedings in the Assembly with a prayer. Before entering the seminary, Fr. Cona interned in Leader Ra’s office, and they still share a close friendship as active members of the Franklin Square community. Fr. Cona is an Associate Pastor at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church in Smithtown.
