Assemblyman Ed Ra will be sponsoring a FREE summer baseball clinic for children ages 6 to 12 who reside in his district. The event is open to boys and girls and will take place on Saturday, August 18, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Washington Street School turf fields located at 760 Washington Street in Franklin Square.

This fun-filled day will be packed with drills and instruction on throwing, fielding and hitting taught by H. Frank Carey High School Seahawks Coach Marc Hedquist and his players. There also will be current and former college baseball players as well as softball instructors.
