“With her reckless $252 billion state budget proposal, the governor has planned to increase the state budget by more than 30% since becoming governor just three and a half years ago. It’s no wonder New Yorkers pay the highest taxes in the country and are fleeing our state. We must make New York a more affordable place to live, work and raise a family and that must begin right now. In the Assembly, I will lead the fight against the governor’s irresponsible spending plan and ease the tax burden on hardworking New Yorkers.”
