Bill A-7510 is the first piece of legislation sponsored by Assemblymember Bichotte to pass an assembly vote. The bill grants the Chairman of the State Liquor Authority the power to exclusive executive authority over both the division of alcoholic beverage control and the Authority, including the authority to hire, assign, and dismiss fire deputies, counsels, assistants, investigators and all other employees within the limits of the agency appropriation.
