Meeting Room 6 This workshop will discuss challenges that MWBEs face participating in the State's government procurement process. It will provide a robust discussion about what is required for Project Labor Agreements (PLAs), capital access, and large contracting (multi-billion dollar) deals. You will get a chance to discuss this issue with experts who have perspectives from multiple angles. Additionally, there will be discussion around opportunities and resources that can help address obstacles, especially with the 30% participation goal. Sponsors:
