Assemblyman David DPietro Receives Oath of Office

In a ceremony held in Albany today, freshman Assemblyman David DiPietro (R,C - East Aurora) was administered the oath of office for his role as the new representative of the 147th Assembly District.

“It’s a great honor to be representing the people of the 147th District. This is a place where I’m raising my family, growing my family’s business, and a place where I was lucky enough to serve as mayor of my hometown,” DiPietro said. “I look forward to getting to work on my agenda of taxpayer relief and small-business improvement across New York State.”

DiPietro was joined by his wife, Theresa DiPietro; his daughter, Ava DiPietro; Chief of Staff, Sandra Barile; staff members, Christine and David Gierlinger, Susan Aldinger, and Kimberly Smith; as well as Chairman Nicholas Langworthy.

DiPietro will be the Ranking Minority Member on the Small Business Committee and will also serve on the Transportation, Economic Development, Health, and Labor Committees.
