On February 11, 2025 a Special Election will be held in Westchester County to vote for a County Executive to serve the remainder of the current unexpired term, which runs through the end of 2025. On Election Day, February 11, polls will be open from 6am to 9pm.

In-person Early Voting for this Special Election, begins on Saturday, February 1, and runs through Sunday, February 9. Please find your ballot and polling place, register to vote, and most importantly, please VOTE!

A.924: Simplifies Medicare Savings Program enrollment.
A.1017: Establishes a drug-induced movement disorder screening and awareness program.
A.1468: Modernizes clinical lab regulations.
A.925a: Requires assisted living residences to post quality reports

Passed in the Senate:
A.427/S.753: (Rivera) Prohibits the reporting of medical debt to credit reporting agencies

Pet of the Month: Roxi

Meet Roxi! She's available for adoption at the Humane Society of Westchester.

This 7-month-old mixed breed is sweet and gentle and would be a great addition to any home. Roxi recently arrived from an overcrowded shelter in North Carolina and has since settled in and is ready to find her forever home. She is good with dogs, cats and children! Roxi is about 50 pounds, spayed and up to date on her vaccines.
