Assemblyman Santabarbara: Statement on Governor’s State of the State Address

“While there was a strong focus on public safety, mental health, and affordable housing in this year’s State of the State, we also need to renew efforts this year to help working families who are still struggling and focus on ways to help them keep more money in their pockets. As our economy continues to reel from record high inflation, workforce shortages and supply chain issues, helping people get back into the workforce and delivering resources so our small businesses thrive must be at the forefront of our goals for 2023. I look forward to working with members of both parties in this new session to help make our upstate community safer, stronger and more affordable.”
