Assemblyman Santabarbara to Host Annual Valentines for Vets Event
Kids at Schenectady Schools to thank local heroes
Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara announced he will be hosting his annual Valentines for Vets event at the Jesse T. Zoller Elementary School in Schenectady. This will be the 10th year of the program which provides students with a unique opportunity to thank local veterans by coloring special Valentine’s Day cards and adding their own personalized messages while learning about their service to our country.
While Santabarbara’s office expect to deliver over 6,000 cards colored by local school students, his office has opened the program for all to participate. The Valentines for Vets cards are available for download on his Assembly website by visiting www.nyassembly.gov/Santabarbara.
Completed cards can be returned in-person or by mail to my district office by February 13, 2023.
