Rivers Casino & Resort will welcome players, supporters, and community members on Thursday, August 28th, for a special charity poker tournament hosted by New York State Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara.

The event will benefit the Autism Society Greater Hudson Region, a nonprofit that provides vital programs, services, and advocacy for individuals with autism and their families across the Capital Region.

“As both a father of a son with autism and Chair of the Assembly’s Committee on People with Disabilities, this cause is deeply personal to me,” said Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara. “This special event is about coming together for a good cause and supporting families who need us.”

Along with the tournament, guests can take part in a special Meet & Greet and Learn-to-Play session with Assemblyman Santabarbara from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Van Slyck’s Lounge before the cards hit the table.
