Binghamton, NY – The Visions Veterans Memorial Arena received a boost as a result of funding secured by Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo. The $375,000 Assembly grant upgraded the lighting and sound systems within the Arena. Lupardo was joined by County Executive Jason Garnar, and Arena General Manager Chris Marion to make the announcement.
