"If we pass this law, the state will be able to take in 10 percent more of its Medicaid recoveries. The Attorney General's office says we will be able to take in over 100 million dollars a year if we make the change," said Assemblyman Brian Barnwell as he debated a bill that would help fight fraud committed against the government.
