"I support the decriminalization and the expansion of the medical marijuana, however, for the regulation or legalization of adult use or recreational use… is a bit concerning to me. In essence, we have to think about the pre-testing for certain jobs, Department of Transportation (DOT) federal regulations for random testing, and also there is no tool to measure the impairment of someone who is under the use of marijuana," said Assemblymember Jamie Williams on her concerns with the expansion of marijuana for adult-use. K164
