 "This piece of legislation will ensure that all children have an equal opportunity towards education… Receiving an education is essential; it's a value that I hold very dear to me. Being a mother of three kids, going through that ordeal as well, I know it's very important for all students to be able to access that and having it free of charge during school hours it will be better for the family, for the students, and it will be better period," said Assemblymember Williams as she discussed students receiving test preparations for exams (A7121).
