Assemblymember Phil Steck Responds to the 2014 State of the State Address
January 8, 2014
“Today the governor unveiled an ambitious plan for the future of New York and outlined how we can continue to progress forward. The governor’s pledges to reduce property taxes and consolidate local governments have been top priorities of mine since I was elected to the Assembly. These initiatives will provide the much needed relief Capital Region taxpayers deserve. Additionally, the governor highlighted the economic development programs that will continue to flourish, bringing much needed jobs and economic stimulus. I will continue to advocate on behalf of these issues to ensure the state and region continues to move forward.”
