Assemblymember Steck to Host a Climate Change Town Hall
May 8, 2019
Assemblymember Phil Steck (D-Colonie) announced that he will be hosting a climate change town hall to hear residents concerns on the issue and what steps they would like to see the Assembly take to combat it. Steck will be joined by a panel of experts, including former United States Environmental Protection Agency Regional Administrator Judith Enck, to discuss the feasibility of becoming fossil fuel-free by 2030. Assemblymember Steck supports a bill to reach that goal (A.3565).
